MobOperator Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MobOperator Enterprise, including our web dashboard, cloud browsers, REST APIs, and native mobile companion software.
1. Platform Licensing & Scope of Service
By subscribing to or pairing a device with MobOperator, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the cloud automation fabric, macro runners, and companion binaries in accordance with your subscribed plan tier (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise).
2. Acceptable Use Policy & Anti-Ban Responsibility
MobOperator provides Gaussian Bézier jitter and behavioral simulation features designed to prevent automated activity detection. Users agree not to utilize MobOperator infrastructure to conduct unauthorized penetration attacks, bypass legal geofencing, or violate third-party terms of service. You remain solely responsible for the content and automation workflows dispatched across your device fleets.
3. Service Level Commitments & Availability
MobOperator maintains a target uptime of 99.9% for our cloud control planes, webhook dispatchers, and remote screen streaming relays. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated via in-dashboard broadcast notifications at least 48 hours in advance.
4. Termination & Data Export
Either party may terminate the agreement at the end of the current billing cycle. Upon account termination, users are provided a 30-day grace period to export all recorded macros, extracted leads, and workflow run logs before permanent database decommissioning.
