Tap 'Download Companion APK' directly on your Android phone or scan the pairing QR code with your mobile camera.
Open the downloaded phonepilot-companion.apk file. If prompted, allow installations from unknown sources in Chrome or Files.
Navigate to Settings ➔ Accessibility ➔ Installed Apps ➔ PhonePilot. Toggle service ON and confirm the permission dialog.
Launch PhonePilot Companion, enter your central cluster endpoint URL, and tap the emerald 'Save & Connect Now' button.
