MobOperator Enterprise Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy details how MobOperator Enterprise collects, processes, and protects your data across our cloud orchestration platform, native companion apps, and headless browser nodes.

1. Zero-ADB Architecture & Data Isolation

MobOperator operates without root permissions or desktop ADB tunneling. Screen telemetry streamed from connected Android hardware via the MobOperator Companion application is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and stored in volatile memory buffers for real-time operator control.

We do not persist raw frame buffers or screen recordings unless explicitly enabled by an enterprise customer for QA audit trails within a tenant-isolated storage bucket.

2. Information We Collect

When you use the MobOperator platform, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account Credentials: Email address, hashed authentication credentials, and organization metadata.
  • Device Telemetry: Device model, Android OS version, battery status, screen resolution, and network latency metrics to optimize remote touch control.
  • Automation Workflow Logs: Task execution results, step completion statuses, and HTTP webhook dispatch logs.

3. Telemetry Ethics & AI Processing

MobOperator Vision and AI Copilot engines analyze visual UI hierarchies strictly to execute coordinate-mapped actions requested by the user. Customer telemetry and device interactions are never sold to data brokers or used to train third-party public models without organizational consent.

4. Global Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Under global data privacy laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you retain the right to access, export, rectify, or purge all personal data associated with your MobOperator tenant. Requests can be submitted via privacy@moboperator.com or directly managed via the workspace settings console.
